Continue to Maheshwar, a town steeped in history and spirituality, known for its magnificent fort and the revered Ahilyeshwar Temple along the Narmada River. Conclude your pilgrimage in Omkareshwar, an island shaped like the sacred ‘Om’ symbol, home to the revered Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of this divine place. This tour offers a profound connection to Lord Shiva and an enriching spiritual experience.

Once at the Ujjain/Indore train station, make your way to the Ujjain Hotel, register, and then start your sightseeing tour of the city. Ujjain is known for Meghdoot, its most well-known piece, and Kalidasa. Because Lord Shiva possesses the power of the twelve Jyotirlingas, it is also referred to as Adobe. The main Ujjain tourist destinations, including the Mahakaleshwar Temple, Chintaman Ganesh, Bhartrihari Caves, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Pir Matsyendranath, Vedh Shala, and Kaliadeh Palace, Kal Bhairavnath, will all be included in our day tour program. We will then head back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Prepare to visit Bhasmarti (Darshan on your own) early in the morning. Proceed to Omkareshwar after breakfast. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and explore Omkareshwar. You may also visit the temples of Mamleshwar Jyotirlinga, Kedareshwar Temple, Siddhanath Temple, and Bhagvatpaada. Spend the night in Omkareshwar.
A day of sightseeing in Omkareshwar, Maheshwar, and Mandu offers a captivating journey through spirituality, history, and natural beauty. Start your day early in Omkareshwar with a visit to the revered Omkareshwar Temple, situated on the serene Mandhata Island in the Narmada River. Enjoy a peaceful boat ride around the island, taking in the scenic views and the spiritual ambiance. Next, head to Maheshwar, known for its picturesque ghats and the majestic Maheshwar Fort. Explore the fort, admire the exquisite handloom sarees, and stroll along the riverbanks to soak in the town’s rich cultural heritage.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Indore. If you have time, you can see the Kanch Mandir, the Lal Bagh Palace, and Rajwada. Afterward, you can be dropped off at the Indore Railway Station or Airport to continue your journey.
