Welcome to Pune, you are greeted by Namaste India Trip representative. Begin your trip to Theur, to one of the larger and more famous Ashtavinayak Temples. The history of this temple describes how Ganesha retrieved the wish giving jewel Chintamani for his devotee, the sage Kapila from a greedy king Gana.
Later proceed to Siddhatek to Siddhivinayak Temple which is a jagrut kshetra where Ganesha is said to be highly powerful. It is a place where Vishnu invoked Lord Ganesha to bestow his blessings and various Siddhis.
After visiting Siddhatek, head towards Ranjangaon to explore the renowned Mahaganapati Temple. After breakfast, proceed to Ozar to visit the Vighneshwara Temple. This temple is steeped in legend, commemorating Lord Ganesha’s victory over Vignasura, the demon of obstacles. Experience the spiritual significance of this revered site and its rich mythological history as you explore the temple.
After darshan, proceed to Lenyadri, renowned for its 30 rock-cut Buddhist caves. Among these, Cave 7 is particularly significant as it houses a temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha. Explore the unique blend of Buddhist and Hindu heritage at this historically and spiritually rich site.
After darshan proceed to Pali to Ballaleshwar temple. It is believed that Lord Ganesha had saved a devotee boy, Ballala, whi was beaten by local villagers and his father for his single minded devotion to him. Later return to Pune Railway station/Airport/ Bus Stop for journey to onward destination.
